Abstract

Bu çalışmada bulanık sayılar kullanılarak girdi çıktı modeli ile doğrusal programlama
uygulaması gösterilmiştir. Bulanık girdi çıktı modeli üzerinden tam bulanık doğrusal
programlama modeli kurularak yeni bir çözümü geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen model bulanık
girdi çıktı modelinin ayrışması ilkesine dayanmaktadır. Katsayı, kısıt ve çözümlerde bulanık
sayılar kullanılması belirsiz süreçlerin modele dahil edilmesini sağlamaktadır. Uygulama
örneği; Türkiye Ekonomisi için bulanık girdi çıktı tablosu ve Gayri safi katma değeri
maksimum yapacak tam bulanık doğrusal programlama modelidir. Geliştirilen modelin
çözüm değerleri sürecin tamamını değerlendirmede uygun sonuçlar verdiğini göstermektedir.

Abstract

All sectoral relations in an economy can be examined with input-output analysis. It is a difficult task to update input and output tables every year. Therefore, new input-output tables can be obtained for the relevant years by using update methods. However, the values in the new tables are not all exact results, and there are also uncertain situations involving predicted values. In this case, fuzzy numbers can be used in input and output tables to evaluate uncertain situations. In this study, a new solution of fully fuzzy linear programming that can be integrated into fuzzy input-output models has been demonstrated. The developed model is based on the principle of decomposition of fuzzy input-output model. Using fuzzy numbers in coefficients, constraints and solutions enables the uncertain processes to be included in the model. The application example is the fuzzy input-output table for the Turkish economy and the fully fuzzy linear programming model that will maximize the Gross value added. The solution values of the developed model show that it yields appropriate results in evaluating the whole process.
